Jan Cottrell

Jan Cottrell, a longtime Endicott resident and special education teacher at Broome-Tioga BOCES, passed away Jan. 11, 2026, following a period of illness. She is remembered for her dedication to students with special needs, her love of reading, and her devotion to family. A celebration of life will be held at a later date, with memorial contributions requested to Achieve or Springbrook.

Richard Stilwell, 77

Richard M. Stilwell, 77, was a resident of Germantown, Maryland. He fell ill in August while spending time at his summer cottage at Hedges Lake in Cambridge, New York, and passed away in Albany Medical Hospital on October 1st, 2018.
